- Develops and advances high-resolution mass spectrometry–based proteomic analysis technologies to enable the acquisition of high-quality proteomic data
- Identifies key biological signals from proteomic data to understand the molecular mechanisms of diseases and to discover patient-tailored therapeutic targets
- Provides research support to academic, industrial, and research institute scientists, while actively promoting collaborative research across diverse projects in the life science and biomedical fields

Research Infrastructure
Possesses analytical infrastructure covering the entire workflow of mass spectrometry–based proteomics research, along with top-level expertise in Korea
- Establishes and operates high-resolution mass spectrometry–based proteomics infrastructure, enabling the stable production of approximately 10 TB of high-quality proteomic data annually
- Possesses proteomics-based multi-omics research capabilities, including modified proteome analysis and single-cell proteomics
- Develops and advances in-house informatics technologies and software for proteomic data processing and interpretation, maximizing the value and usability of experimental data
