Promotes joint research with external institutions through the development of high-performance mass spectrometry digital data analysis algorithms.
- Develops proteomics and metabolomics analysis technologies based on advanced mass spectrometry, supporting academia-industry-research collaboration and conducting digital health research.
Research Infrastructure
Established proteomics/metabolomics analysis platforms for non-model organisms and promotes collaborative research through the development of high-performance proteomics analysis algorithms.
- Built a mass spectrometry-based proteomics platform, advanced proteomics analysis technologies, and conducted multi-omics convergence research.
Proteomics Platform Based on Mass Spectrometry: Established a proteomics mass spectrometry system (OC104) and is promoting the construction of a biomedical mass spectrometry system (scheduled for introduction in 2025).
Advancement of Proteomics Analysis Technology: Establishment of a Proteomics Quality Leadership Center (led by Korea University, with structured proteomics and KBSI).
Multi-Omics Convergence Research: Conducts major and commissioned research projects including the UnTACT Convergence Research Group (Future-Oriented) for critical disease diagnostics.
