Establishment of an integrated metabolomics analysis platform based on NMR/MS instruments for biological samples and research on metabolic mechanisms
- Establishment of an integrated metabolomics analysis platform based on NMR/MS, and conduct of research using this platform to analyze metabolite changes according to disease onset and progression, drug response, and environmental factors, and to interpret molecular mechanisms at the metabolic pathway level
- Integrated interpretation of molecular networks at the biological system level through integrative analysis with other omics data such as proteomics, genomics, and transcriptomics
- Conduct of research on elucidating the mechanisms of onset of intractable and chronic diseases and developing therapeutic strategies by applying new metabolic control technologies
