800 MHz 핵자기공명분광기-질량분석기 시스템은 LC, NMR, MS가 온라인 연결된 hyphenated system으로 혼합물을 LC로 분리 후 고감도 800 MHz NMR로 화합물의 구조를 확인하는 대사체/천연물 분야 특화 운영 장비입니다.

  • 대사체 및 천연물 연구 분야에서 대사물질 확인 및 대사기전 규명 등 다양한 분야에 적용 가능한 통합 분석 시스템

막성사구체신염에서 fumarate의 역할

  • 정상인과 미세변화증후군, 그리고 막성사구체신염을 가진 환자의 소변 내 대사물질 분석을 통해 질병 특이적인 마커로 fumarate 확인
  • 막성사구체신염을 가진 환자들의 치료 반응에 따른 fumarate 농도 비교를 통해 질환과 관련이 높음을 확인
  • 막성사구체신염 질환의 유무와 치료반응에 따른 fumarate의 유의적인 변화를 통해 질환에 대한 잠재적인 치료 타겟을 제시
