Metropolitan Seoul Center(Seoul)'s main research fields are environment response research and spatiotemporal molecular imaging research. Its environment response research focuses on improving environmental crisis and pollution management-related analysis techniques using organic-inorganic chemical analysis equipment. The Seoul Center also provides analytical services for the characterization of protein drugs.
Spatiotemporal molecular imaging research focuses on femtosecond laser spectrum analysis, electron microscopy, super-high-definition confocal imaging, molecule projection mass spectrometer infrastructure, and multimodal molecular imaging technology as well as the development of instrumentation components for the spatiotemporal distribution and dynamics analysis of living organisms and nano substances.
